• Develop and implement communication strategy to build and maintain relationships with Wildwood VIPs through:phone Calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers. This includes keeping records of the disposition of each phone call.personalized emails to customers with a valid email address.direct Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing addresslearn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences, etc.◊Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database.◊Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to drive incremental visitation.◊Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurant reservations.◊Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions, and progress.◊Identify players with the potential to become a VIP.◊Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty among current and potential VIPs◊Assists with Special marketing and promotion events◊Be knowledgeable of all Player’s Club operations◊Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines◊Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of the Marketing/Player Development department.
